Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from billing settings. Changes are prorated and managed through Stripe.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, two ways. Spin up a free self-serve demo workspace in about two minutes. It comes pre-populated with example vendors and assessments, needs no credit card, and expires after 7 days. And every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial that converts only when you add payment.
What if I outgrow my plan's limits?
Plans are sized by users and vendors. As you approach a limit, upgrade in a click: Starter (25) → Growth (100) → Scale (500) → Enterprise (unlimited).
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards via Stripe. Annual and invoiced billing are available on request for Scale and Enterprise.
Is my data secure with Altisium?
